NEPTUN – END OF THE YEAR FINANCIAL OPERATIONS CLOSE BETWEEN 17. DECEMBER 2021 – 3. JANUARY 2022

Between December 2021 and the beginning of January 2022, the Neptun Student web’s financial operation will be as follows:  

Debit card payments will not operate until 06:00 CET on the 5th January 2022.

Transferring to the Neptun bank account: the transfers are turned into the Neptun system on every banking day until the 17th December 2021, and will only turn again on the 3rd January 2022.  Consequently, transfers have to be started until 10:00 CET on the 16th December 2021.

BME CAO Newsletter for Students Intending to Take Their Final Exams in the 2021/22/1 Term

As the Final Exam period approaches, students will also be required to complete several data verification tasks and meet deadlines. In order for the Final Exams to be successful in the current situation, please follow the information of CAO and the Departments organizing the Final Exam more closely! CAO does not have information about how the departments will carry out the actual exams, so PLEASE, turn to them for specific information!

NEW epidemiological protection measures

2021. October 27.

Due to the change in the epidemic situation, from November 2, 2021, it is mandatory to wear mask covering both the mouth and nose in the interior, closed spaces of the University (classroom, corridor, office, etc.). In classroom, the instructor holding the lecture is not required to wear mask. A student who does not wear mask may be refused to participate in lecture, performance evaluation or exam.

Please help the epidemiological protection and to protect the health of university citizens by observing and complying with the mask wearing regulations.

The „E033 Request for changing institution, major or/and language of studies for SH students” and the „E033 Request for changing institution, major or/and language of studies for SCYP students” are available until 1st November, 2021.

After the deadline it is not possible to submit this request in this term!
