HOW TO APPLY FOR ERASMUS FOR The FALL SEMESTER of 2025
Application procedure
Once you have been nominated by your home institution, you must apply online by following the steps below.

Enter our online application platform.

Select Erasmus/Exchange/Freemover students 2025 Fall

Create an account.
-
Complete the online application form.

Submit your application.
Application period: 10 February - 15 May 2025
Applications sent via email will not be accepted.
Documents to be uploaded to the online application:
1. Copy of your national ID card (applies to EU citizens only) or a valid passport.
2. Transcript of academic records from your home university. Only the English version will be accepted.
3. Proof of language proficiency: B2 or higher in English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) if English is not your native language.
In addition to the language certificates listed below, any government-recognized language test may be accepted as long as it clearly indicates a minimum English proficiency level of B2.
Upload the certificate with your online application.
Letters of recommendation from your home university will not be accepted to prove the required level of English.

4. Letter of declaration (if applicable). Please check Thesis - Project - Research
5. Copy of your BSc degree certificate if you wish to register for MSc level subjects at the Faculties of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and Informatics.
If you apply online by 15 May 2025, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance by 30 June 2025.
The letter will include information on how to access our academic platform called Neptun.
LEARNING AGREEMENT (APPLICABLE TO STUDENTS FROM THE EU)

If your university has already joined the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) platform, please use the site to manage your Learning Agreement. Your faculty's Erasmus coordinator should be both the contact and the responsible person at BME.

If you cannot manage your Learning Agreement through OLA please submit a “027 Request for a certificate “ in Neptun.
Attach your Learning Agreement with subjects from our Course Offer (available from 1 April 2025).
This step can only be completed once you have received your access details for Neptun.
