In this Newsletter you can find the dates and tasks you HAVE TO DO in Neptun, ONLINE and from anywhere in the world.
Regarding the beginning of the term, we have to ask your patience, and in the beginning of August we can provide you more information.
Please read on carefully and follow the other News and information on our website (https://www.kth.bme.hu/en/), it is constantly updated with the necessary information! This newsletter will also be updated when we know more about the autumn term, so please check it on our website frequently.

Electronically signed documents and certificates
2021. May 5.
Dear Students,
Due to technical reasons, the uploads of any electronically signed documents (as attachments to the submitted NEPTUN requests) have been suspended temporarily. Expectedly early next week, we will be able to upload all the documents and close the requests.
BME CAO Newsletter for Students Intending to Take Their Final Exams in the 2020-21-2-term

Dear Student!
In order to help you to overview your tasks we have summarized them and the necessary information in connection with the registration for the final exam, checking your data, the termination of your student status and acceptance of your diploma.
You will have more data checking and correction duties, and have to follow the instructions and news of the departments where you intend to take your final exam! The CAO does not have information about how the departments will carry out the actual exams, so PLEASE, turn to them for specific information!
Scholarship holders’ transfer and extension requests

Scholarship holders’ transfer and extension requests
- The „E033 Request for changing institution, major or/and language of studies for SH students” and “E033 Request for changing institution, major or/and language of studies for SCYP students” are available between 02.15.2021 – 16.04.2021.
- The „E009 Request for extension for SH students” and “E009 Request for extension for SCYP students” are available between 02.15.2021. – 16.04.2021.
Neptun Request: E027 Request for a certificate
2021. March 5.
E027 Request for a certificate’ through which any kind of official certificate/document, e.g.: General Student Status Certificate, Transcript, Diploma copy etc., may be asked for. Please do not use the E999 for this purpose anymore! The digital documents can be downloaded from the request supplement. Please see the Neptun guide.
Statement for students who experience the symptoms of Corona-19, or based on the SARS-CoV-2 test results, their Corona-19 infection is proven.

If you experience ANY symptoms of SARS-CoV-2, or have POSITIVE test result, SUBMIT THE 'E088 COVID-19' request!
Certificate to enter Hungary
2021. March 1.
You can download the ‘Certificate to enter Hungary’ in the Neptun system at INFORMATION/ GENERAL FORMS. Please consult the guide if you have problems.
