The procedure of the changing (SH/HDS)

1. Students have to submit the E033 Request in the NEPTUN system until 14th April at the latest

2. Faculties evaluate the requests and decide about the support – BME issues the supporting declaration attached to your accepted E033 request / rejects the request until the 10th of May 2022

3. Students have to gather parallel the requested documents

• a letter of acceptance by the future host institution/future training program,
• a statement by the present host institution (supporting declaration)

and send them in a request e-mail signed by the student to TPF to stipendiumhungaricum@tpf.hu until 15th May at the latest

4. The Tempus Public Foundation forwards the list of scholarship holders whose changing request has been approved to the Sending Partners for consultation

5. The Tempus Public Foundation informs the students and BME about their decision

We would like to call your attention to the followings:

• it is your responsibility to be informed about the obligations concerning the credit minimum rule at your new higher education institution
• if you receive the permission to change institution you have to accept and follow it, there is no chance to return to your former institution

1. Students have to submit the E033 Request in the NEPTUN system until 14th April at the latest

2. Faculties evaluates the requests and decides about the support – BME issues the supporting declaration attached to your accepted E033 request / rejects the request until the 10th of May 2022

3. Students have to gather parallel the requested documents:

• a letter of acceptance by the future host institution/future training program,
• a statement by the present host institution (supporting declaration)

and send them in a request e-mail signed by the student to Hungary Helps Agency to scyp@hungaryhelps.gov.hu  until 15th May at the latest

4. BME sends its position in writing to the Hungary Helps Agency regarding the scholarship holder’s request for changing the institution.

5. Hungary Helps Agency makes decisions about the changing based on the submitted documents and the available funds from the central budget and informs the students and BME about their decision
