Information about late enrolment for the spring 2025/2026 semester

If you did not submit your "100 Enrolment" request by 23:59 (Hungarian time) on 12 February 2026, you can complete the enrolment process by paying a late fee of 5.500 HUF between 16 February and 14 March 2026. Follow the "Enrolment step by step" description below, and your administrator will charge the fee in the Neptun system once the request is approved.

Important! Even if you have an accepted ’022 Request for Preferential Course Schedule’ request, you must submit the ’100 Enrolment’ request.
Please select the ‘By personal attendance’ option in the ‘100 Enrolment’ request. In this case, you must come to the ASC for a personal enrolment by 14 March 2026. (Please note that the last working day before the deadline is 13 March 2026.)
Personal enrolment will take place at the ASC in the main hall of Building R. Please follow our news for information about opening hours.
If you do not submit the ‘100 Enrolment’ request before 23:59 (Hungarian time) on 1 March 2026, your subjects will be dropped from Neptun.
The enrolment process is as follows:
- Download the Enrolment form from Neptun. Information ➥ General Forms ➥ Enrolment form. Print 1 copy - sign it in blue ink – scan it – attach it to the request.
- If you are a tuition-paying student, download the Study Contract for Students too. Information ➥ General forms ➥ Képzési szerződés / Study contract. Print 1 copy - sign it in blue ink – scan it – attach it to the request.
- Submit the ’100 Enrolment’ Neptun request.
- After submitting the 100 Enrolment request by 1 March, you must set your status to active or passive.
- If you submit the 100 Enrolment request between 2 March – 14 March, your ASC coordinator will set your status passive.
- Please note that the personal enrolment is mandatory for completing your enrolment and registration with BME, even if your first term is passive.
Come to the ASC for personal enrolment with your original documents and photocopies.
