Neptun will be upgraded on 28 July, 2026 (Tuesday), therefore it won’t be available between 6:00 and 10:00 am.
 
The upgrade includes changes to conform law changes, bug fixes and feature enhancements.
 
On 28 July, 2026 (Tuesday) the operation of Neptun will be the following (as planned):
 
00:00 – 04:00 normal operation
04:00 – 06:00 shutdown (backup)
06:00 – 10:00 shutdown (upgrade)
10:00 – 24:00 normal operation
 
Please plan your Neptun access timing according to the above.
