We would like to inform you that we are organising an additional in-person enrolment event.

This time, in-person enrolment will only be on the program.

time:  9:00 - 10:30 Tuesday, 8 September 2026 (Hungarian time)

place: Building R, main hall

Please check the following thing before the event:

-          Your status is ACTIVE!

-          You have submitted the 100 Enrolment request form in Neptun!

-          You have already registered for your subjects/courses online in Neptun!

We must check your original documents, so please remember to bring them with you. You can see the required documents and how many copies we need of them above. Please prepare your documents accordingly.

According to Hungarian law, if you are under the age of 18, your parent(s) must sign the following two documents for your enrolment. Please make three original copies of each document. You must present one copy when you complete the in-person part of the enrolment process. The other two copies are for you in case you need to open a bank account in Hungary or for accommodation purposes etc.
