We would like to help you to organize your tasks at the opening of the term, by collecting the most important pieces of information concerning the term and subject registration.

2. REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024/25/2 TERM
between 15.11.2024 and 23:59 CET 06.02.2025
For students of Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences: Registration for an active term in Neptun is only possible following successful completion of „700_BME GTK Work and Fire Safety Training” Neptun request.
The period of continuous passive terms may not be longer than two terms. In duly justified cases the Faculty Study Committee (FSC) may permit the continuous suspension of a student’s legal status for more than two terms at the request of the student. If you don’t have the permission of the FSC, then your student legal status will be terminated.

3. PREFERENTIAL AND PRELIMINARY PERIODS OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION
3.1. PRELIMINARY PERIOD OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION FOR EVERY STUDENT
between 18:00 CET, 30.01.2025 and 11:59 CET, 02.02.2025.
If you have a subject or course registration problem, you can ask for help through the 018 Request to register for subjects / to drop subjects request.

3.2. PREFERENTIAL PERIOD OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION
1. between 12:00 and 15:00 CET, 30.01.2025
The group of eligible students for the preferential subject and course registration period:

for BSc and MSc students having at least 3,80 of cummulated grade point average after the 2024/25/1 term |
for MSc and integrated MSc students having at least 3,70 of cummulated grade point average after the 2024/25/1 term |
2. between 16:00 and 17:50 CET, 30.01.2025
for students who were regsitered for the 2024/25/1 term and filled out the GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE OF SFTW (Neptun/Administration/Questionnares) to all complete subjects in Neptun.
The SFTW questionnaires to be filled out are available on the Neptun student web at Administration/Questionnaires. The completion of the SFTW questionnaires can be checked in the Information/Inquiries/Information interface by selecting the query ’OHV_kérdőíveim_száma’ from the Queries and then clicking on the List button. By running the query, you will get the result of how many questionnaires you have completed and still to be completed.
The questionnaire can be filled out till 23:59 CET, 28.01.2025 The eligible students will be informed about the preferential subject registration in Neptun until 30.01.2025.
4. FINALISATION PERIOD OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION
Finalisation period of subject and course registration for every student

If you have registered all of your subjects you need only to check them in Neptun.

6. STUDENT STATUS CERTIFICATE, VALIDATION OF STUDENT ID
- Student status certificates for the term 2024/25/2 can be requested from 10.02.2025 at the information desk in the hall of building R, during office hours, provided that you have fulfilled your registration obligation by the end of the registration week. In order to reduce the need for personal contact, please submit the „027 Request for a certificate” Neptun request.
- Sticker for student ID card for 2024/25/2 term will be available from 10 February, as well.
- Students concerned about the receipt of the newly ordered student ID cards will be informed via Neptun message.

The certificate issued until the student card is manufactured (temporary student card) can be requested in Neptun after the request for a permanent card "066 Request for student card certificate" is submitted. The completed certificate can be picked up in person at the Central Academic Office (Building R, main hall, the item of the customer terminal "Issue and validation of Student ID"), but it is also possible to mail it by post within Hungary for a fee of 2.000,-Ft, which will be inflicted in Neptun.
