2. REGISTration FOR THE 2024/25/1 TERM
between 03.07.2024 and 23:59 CEST 29.08.2024
For students of Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences: Registration for an active term in Neptun is only possible following successful completion of 700_BME GTK Work and Fire Safety Training Neptun request.
The period of continuous passive terms may not be longer than two terms. In duly justified cases the Faculty Study Committee (FSC) may permit the continuous suspension of a student’s legal status for more than two terms at the request of the student. If you don’t have the permission of the FSCthen your student legal status will be terminated.

3. PREFERENTIAL AND PRELIMINARY PERIODS OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION
3.1. PRELIMINARY PERIOD OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION FOR EVERY STUDENT
between 18:00 CEST, 22.08.2024 and 11:59 CEST, 04.09.2024.
If you have a subject or course registration problem, you can ask for help through the 018 Request to register for subjects / to drop subjects request.
3.2. PREFERENTIAL PERIOD OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION
1. between 12:00 and 15:00 CEST, 22.08.2024
The group of eligible students for the preferential subject and course registration period:

for BSc and MSc students having at least 3,80 of cummulated grade point average after the 2023/24/2 term |
for BSc and integrated MSc students having at least 3,70 of cummulated grade point average after the 2023/24/2 term |
2. between 16:00 and 17:50 CEST, 22.08.2024
for students who has the 2023/24/2 term and filled out the GENERAL QUESTIONNAIRE OF SFTW (Neptun/Administration/Questionnaires) to all complete subjects in Neptun.
The questionnaire can be filled out till 23:59 CEST, 05.07.2024. The eligible students will be informed about the preferential subject registration in Neptun until 22.08.2024.
4. FINALISATION PERIOD OF SUBJECT AND COURSE REGISTRATION
Finalisation period of subject and course registration for every student
between 18:00 CEST, 06.09.2024 and 11:59 CEST, 08.09.2024
If you have already registered for all of your subjects you need only to check them in Neptun.

6. STUDENT STATUS CERTIFICATE, VALIDATION OF STUDENT ID
- Student status certificates for the term 2024/25/1 can be requested from 02.09.2024 at the information desk in the main hall of building R, during office hours, provided that you have fulfilled your term registration and enrolment obligation by the end of the registration week. In order to reduce the need for personal contact, please submit the 027 Request for a certificate Neptun request.
- Sticker for student ID card for 2024/25/1 term will be available from 2September, as well.
- Students concerned about the receipt of the newly ordered student ID cards will be informed via Neptun message.
