• Contribute to the university international strategy and its permanent handling.

• Record the interuniversity, institutional agreements of cooperation.

• Register of the institutional memberships in numerous network of European universities and various associations devoted to the engineering education and organizing the continuous connecting with these platforms.

• Preparatory work for the new and the renewable interuniversity agreements collaborating with the sphere of the competent faculties and partner-universities.

• Organize the official international missions of the leadership staff and the concerned receptions of the high-ranking visitors and guests from abroad to the university.

• Coordinate and harmonizing the university working groups involving in the student and teacher mobility programs.

• Arrange the reception of the visiting professors who arrive in the university according to the working plans of the international bilateral agreements.

• Issue the monthly BME International Newsletter, published for all departmental    units.

• Supply records, working out and updating the country relations information materials.
